Reception Package

DJ Billy James' wedding reception package includes his exclusive Planning Packet to guide you through every phase of your Phoenix wedding reception. High-end sound equipment will be customized to your venue and a computerized database spanning six decades insures instant access to a variety of music. Colorful LED lighting effects will entice your guests to the dance floor and Master of Ceremonies duties will be skillfully handled so your reception events flow smoothly from Grand Entrance to Final Dance. And, unlike some DJ companies, all services will be performed personally by the owner of the company, Phoenix DJ Billy James.

Reception Performance

Some brides and grooms want their wedding reception to reflect a simple, understated elegance with quality music (no Chicken Dance!) and just essential MC services. Other newlyweds want those speciality dances like the YMCA and even add some party props to create a more festive celebration. You decide the tone and style of your reception. DJ Billy James will make it happen.

Ceremony Package

If your ceremony takes place at your reception venue, you can add DJ Billy James' Ceremony Package which includes a separate multi-speaker sound system at the ceremony location. Using Billy's exclusive ceremony planning form, you will be able to select both the songs and instrumentation for each phase of your ceremony and wireless microphones will be available for your officiant, readers and/or vocalists. Billy James will serve as your ceremony sound technician and have back-up equipment on hand to insure a flawless ceremony.

Parties and Special Events

With his vast knowledge of nostalgic music from the eras of big bands, oldies and disco, Billy James is the perfect DJ for your adult birthday party, anniversary party, class reunion or corporate event. Billy's library of annual top ten hits from the 1940's to the present will create the perfect soundtrack for those milestone events.
